ManoMano : Oktoberfest themed Party in Paris

For a back-to-work afterwork event, ManoMano entrusted WATO Agency with organizing an immersive Oktoberfest-themed evening.

In this Munich-inspired escape:

First part outdoors: the Biergarten

• Privatization of a Parisian museum
• Creation of a temporary Biergarten setting in the garden with bunting and traditional tavern decorations
• Live concert by a Bavarian music group
• Custom-made activities including hay bale tossing
• Fondue stand with challenges for participants
• Staff dressed in event-themed costumes
• Alpen horn concert announcing the second part of the evening

Second part: Bavarian Dancefloor under the glass roof

• Immersive exploration of this mysterious museum
• Transformation of the glass roof into an Oktoberfest tent with large draped fabrics
• Photobooth with a themed backdrop featuring antique tools
• Creation of a temporary dancefloor amidst industrial elements
