OpenClassrooms Summer Party : The Green Class

On the occasion of its first post-Covid gathering, OpenClassrooms entrusts the WATO agency with the organisation of a colourful Summer Party.

The objective? To bring together 600 employees from all over the world in a rural location in Paris to combine inspirational keynotes, moments of relaxation and spectacular parties.

On the programme:

• Creation of a custom-made 900 m² shade sail to shelter from the sun
• Scenography of a guinguette including garlands, parasols and wooden bars
• Creation of a slogan in giant wooden letters: Make Education Accessible
• Inspirational keynote speech in front of 600 people with a view of the Oise river
• Creation of a food court with 6 different food trucks
• Child-friendly wooden games (pigeon shooting, ping pong, Breton palaces, molky …)
• Kayak race
• Chartering of 5 zodiacs on the Oise for romantic trips along the river
• Live karaoke with 5 musicians dressed as sailors
• Dancefloor with DJ Charles B
