Private Event : The Light Ball

For its 2018 New Year reception, a private bank asked WATO to organize an outstanding event along the urban and neon themes.

The event featured :

• A minisite and advertizing dedicated to the event
• Personalized scannable tickets sent out to guests
• Valet parking & reserved parking spaces
• The makeover of a concrete urban building
• An immersive theatrical path
• Various sceneries: the bank, the vault, the Priestesses’ room
• Shining goodies handed out to guests
• Food stalls serving street food
• A neon makeup service
• Light painting with immediate printing
• A roller disco
• A street-art workshop introducing guests to graffiti art
• Hip-hop performances by dancers in custom-made costumes
• A DJ set and a dancefloor
