Summer Party Orange Mania

To offer a moment of creativity and joy to its teams, a large company, whose name we shall keep confidential, entrusted the organization of the most colorful Summer Party to the WATO agency.

The theme? Orange Mania!

50 shades of orange, served at every level.

On the program:

• Creation of a teaser video featuring a quirky character, Don Paolo dell’ Arancini, to encourage employees to dress in their best orange outfits.
• Arrival of an enthusiastic brigade in flashy orange attire at their offices to hack their weekly conference.
• Privatization of a true 18th-century monument: the Manufacture de Sèvres.
• Festive welcome by a troupe of winged Oompa Loompas from the gates to the heart of the event.
• 100% Orange scenography, from giant structures to the smallest details.
• Creation of custom animations led by energized actors: a majestic Ferris wheel, ping pong Olympics, hopper ball race, ball pit, and giant orange tic-tac-toe.
• Live karaoke with a band of five musicians dressed in orange, highlighting the more or less hidden talents of the guests.
• Custom Food & Beverage with pizza boxes and ice cubes in the colors of the evening.
• Creation of sound capsules featuring Don Paolo dell’ Arancini’s punchlines throughout the evening: “Listen, my friend, if you’re cold, have a Spritz!”
• Light transformation of the building, an ocean of bubbles and smoke, it was a true orange festival that took place before the eyes of our guests.
• Freedom, escape, and fervor were the watchwords of this dancefloor under an orange mist to the sounds of DJ Charles B.
