Exceptional Conference and Party in a Marseille Military Fort

To celebrate its 30th Anniversary, the french company Alliance Piscines entrusted WATO with the organization of an exceptional fair trade, conference, and party in Marseille.

On the agenda:

• Privatization of a 17th-century fort, today reserved for active soldiers.
• Creation of a sublime temporary crystal structure placed in the middle of the Place d’Armes.
• WATO team dressed up as sailors to immerse guests into a navy theme upon arrival.
• Design and production of 28 wooden stands dedicated to the world of Pools during the fair.
• Spectacular conference for 300 people with a view of the majestic arcades of the Fort Ganteaume.
• Concert by a brass band dressed as sailors on their way to the terrace.
• Sunset drinks with a breath taking view of the port of Marseille and the famous “Bonne Mère” church.
• Custom creation of giant wooden letters featuring the client’s name.
• Summer-themed scenography with lights garlands, canopy beds, and hundreds of candles.
• Mind-blowing fireworks display launched from the fort.
• Transformation of the Place d’Armes into a blazing dance floor.
• Triumphant arrival of a 30-year ice sculpture surrounded by a shower of silver fountains.
• Custom choreography with dancers in sailor attire using the semaphore alphabet.
• Joyful DJ set by Charles B to ignite the atmosphere.
