Sony Music : Conference and Incredible Party in the Monnaie de Paris
At its annual internal conference, Sony Music France entrusted WATO with the organization of an exceptional event.
Our concept?
- Privatize a spectacular building from the XVIII century: The Monnaie de Paris
- In the heart of the honor court build a luxurious transparent marquee to host:
- A keynote with 250 collaborators with a view on the sky
- A contemporary conference scenography branded with Sony Music’s colors
- A 70-meter red carpet to turn collaborators into stars for an evening Awarding a gold record to the artist Lost Frequencies
- A party with 700 artists from the Sony label, including some celebrities
- Setting up 4 food trucks, luxury temporary toilets, and outdoor bars to create a festival atmosphere
- Opening the doors at sunset to welcome the 700 guests
- Creating a real temporary club with powerful lights, smoke, and captivating beats
