SUMMER PARTY : OPENCLASSROOMS’S TAILORMADE FESTIVAL 2023

For its summer party, the startup OpenClassrooms entrusted WATO with the organization of a particularly colorful green class event.

The program included:

• Booking of a boat rental warehouse and its 5 000 m2 fields
• Festival scenography combining tents, a welcome arch, signage totems, and a stage made of pallets
• Giant letters forming the company’s slogan
• A conference for 300 people under a most elegant stretch marquee
• “Magic House” artistic installation by the duo Pangea
• A village of food trucks to stay in the theme of the summer festival
• Dragon boats animation on the Seine
• Ping pong, darts, power 10, volleyball, a myriad of games for the greatest pleasure of the guests
• Body painting with a theme of white, purple, and glitter
• A revamped bingo animation
• Performance by a brass band in the colors of the event leading us to the surprise party area
• A fiery karaoke with its sublime personalized neon
• A magnificent dance floor that incorporated all the codes of a grandiose festival
