A Time-Traveling Evening at the Musée de Cluny

As part of the IFTM trade show in Paris, Voyage Privé entrusted WATO with the organisation of an evening designed to bring together and thank its partners.

The venue:
An iconic museum dedicated to the Middle Ages, in the heart of Paris, transformed for one evening into a living tableau.

The evening included:

• An immersive welcome by knights in full armour, accompanied by a carefully crafted soundscape.
• The entire event staff dressed in medieval costumes to create a fully immersive experience.
• A lighting design enhancing the architecture of this iconic museum.
• A live harp performance featuring contemporary themes.
• An actress interacting with guests in the role of a poisoner.
• An inspiring speech by Charles Guilhamon, CEO of Voyage Privé.
• An awards ceremony on stage celebrating the most deserving partners and members.
• After an elegant reception in the Cour d’Honneur, guests discovered the Frigidarium, enhanced by atmospheric event lighting.
• A spectacular appearance by an otherworldly Roman legion, orchestrating the transition into the party with flair.
• An elegant DJ set transforming this 1,900-year-old temple into a timeless dancefloor.
