Voyage Prive: Vintage Pool Party in Berlin

Along ITB Berlin 2024, Voyage Privé entrusted WATO with the organization of an iconic event.

The Objective?

Dazzle 300partners by organizing the most spectacular party of the ITB Berlin 2024 trade show!

To achieve this, WATO has chosen a magical venue, a former Art Deco swimming pool transformed into a luxurious hotel in the heart of the German capital: Stadtbad Oderberger.

Our added values:

• Transforming this swimming pool into a one-night event palace.
• Designing a theme around an orange and white vintage Pool Party (with inflatables, 70s-style sunglasses, scarves).
• WATO team dressed as perfect 70s swimmers (bathrobes, turbans, matching sunglasses and swimsuits).
• Speech by Voyage Privé CEO Charles Guilhamon.
• Awards ceremony by the water’s edge.
• Activation of the pool’s magic button, changing the depth from -1.35m (ideal for WATO team laps) to -30cm (perfect for dancing with your feet in the water).
• Aquatic dance floor with DJ Charles B as the lifeguard.
