VP MEMBER’S CLUB: SECRET NIGHT IN A CASTLE IN THE HEART OF LONDON

On the occasion of the WTM London show, the company Voyage Privé entrusted the WATO Agency with the organization of “THE evening that everyone is talking about”.

Goal ?

Allow our partners to discover one of the majestic places of the English capital for one night!

In the program :

• Chartering two legendary English buses to bring guests in a festive way
• Privatization of a 700-year-old English club
•  Exploration of extraordinary exteriors by candlelight
•  Ritual of opening the huge doors of the banquet hall under the amazed eyes of the guests “I am speechless”
•  Grand seated dinner scenography including candlesticks, red table runner and tableware
•  Rental of outfits from the oldest English order of chivalry “The Order of the Garter” for the WATO team as well as 50 lawyers’ outfits for the Voyage Privé team
•  Speech by Private Travel CEO Charles Guilhamon
•  Concert by a Parisian cabaret pianist to literally enchant the banquet hall and encourage guests to take the microphone
