Western: Immersive seminar in a Spanish desert
During their annual seminar, a French startup entrusted WATO with the organization of an extraordinary event: an immersive western experience in the middle of a desert.
The itinerary for this adventure:
Day 1:
- Privatization of an ancient monastery for a conference and a sunlit lunch
- Procession of 150 guests with flaming torches
- Discovery, by lantern light, of an incredible western village of 25 hectares
- Thunderous arrival of 6 horseback stuntmen to kick off the adventure
- Providing 150 cowboy costumes and blank bullet revolvers
- Transformation of an authentic saloon into a stunning dancefloor
- Live concert by a pianist dressed as Lucky Luke character
Day 2:
- Launch of a serious game from the Mexican square
- Shooting practice with pellet guns, solving puzzles throughout Canyon City
- Lunch in the middle of the desert surrounded by wagons from the West
- Ambush and settling of scores by stuntmen in the village’s main square
- Transformation of an incredible US Cavalry fort into a one-night event palace, adorned with a thousand candles and an Argentinian barbecue
- Open-air dancefloor in the middle of November led by Dj Charles B.
