Seminar in the French Alps

To celebrate a dazzling year in 2023, a french company entrusted WATO with organizing a stunning seminar in the French Alps.

The objective?

Provide a pioneering experience for the Team to symbolize their ascent towards 2024.

On the agenda:

Day 1

• Transformation of a beautiful snow-covered plain into a winter Olympic village
• Organization of sports competition in the snow with 10 stages (biathlon, human curling, beacon search, giant skiing, snow biking, obstacle course, etc.)
• Live electronic concert with a breathtaking view of the mountains and a sea of clouds
• Creation of a custom web application to follow the results of the 30 teams live on screens and phones
• Designing the opening and closing ceremonies of the Games with a giant flame, incandescent torch, and personalized silver cup
• Ascent to one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the resort for a new outdoor party with a view of the twilight
• Joyful 15 minutes descent with sled with all the 350 guests at once
• Torch procession throughout the resort heading towards the icy palace for the evening
• Transformation of an ice driving circuit into a Winter Olympic village let by candlelight
• Plenary conference under 12 giants teepees with led screen
• Outdoor dance floor combining ice dancing and flamethrowers
• Snow commando happening armed with their red handheld fires
• Grand fireworks to conclude this magical day
• Hyped-up dance floor under the giant teepee to the sounds of DJ Charles B

Day 2

• Hike with a majestic view on a mountain circus
• Surprise concert by a trio of Alpine horns to conclude the event on a poetic note
