Events in Berlin

Organizing an event in Berlin with WATO Agency

What if your next event took you to Berlin?

A city of contrasts, creativity and freedom, Berlin has become a must for corporate events and extraordinary experiences. Corporate seminars, incentive trips, corporate parties, product launches, conferences, conventions, team building or private events: the German capital offers an exceptional playground for creating events unlike any other.

Berlin, we know the terrain

For the past few years, the WATO team has been exploring Berlin from every angle. 5 productions already delivered and more than 115 venues visited: needless to say, we have had plenty of time to get a real feel for what the city has to offer.

As an event agency experienced in producing events in Berlin, WATO knows the realities of working on the ground. And Berlin has venues. Lots of them. Incredible, unexpected, historic, underground… and, frankly, some pretty grim ones too. Because a venue can look amazing in three Instagram photos and be much less convincing once you actually set foot inside. Our experience allows us to separate the great from the not-so-great, knowing where to go, where not to go, and above all which event venues in Berlin have the potential to become something truly memorable.

Over the years, we have also built a trusted local network of venues, suppliers, artists, technicians and production teams. A real asset when producing an event in Berlin from abroad, finding the right contacts and dealing with the realities of local production.

And because English is not always enough in Berlin, we also know how to surround ourselves with the right people to translate, negotiate and facilitate communication with local teams. This local knowledge allows us to work efficiently at every stage of the project, from venue scouting to event production, artistic direction and overall coordination.

In short, we don’t just look at Berlin on a map. We’ve explored it, tested it, produced in it and made it our own. And that makes all the difference when it comes to creating an event in Berlin.
