Historic theatres, museums, palaces, Victorian buildings, former factories, cultural venues or more confidential addresses: the British capital offers an incredibly rich setting for creating events that stand apart from the usual formats.

Corporate seminars, incentive trips, corporate parties, product launches, conferences, conventions, team building events or private events: London offers plenty of opportunities to play with the codes.

London, we know where to look

In London, there is no shortage of venues. The tricky part is sometimes knowing what lies behind the door.

Take the Underground. Opened in 1863, it is the oldest underground railway network in the world. Since then, London has continued to grow both above and below it. Some stations have closed, some tunnels have changed purpose, and several underground spaces still tell another story of the city.

The Churchill War Rooms, for example, are located beneath the streets of Westminster. This underground complex was where the British government operated during part of the Second World War. Even today, the place offers a fascinating glimpse into what London can hide beneath its streets.

And that is exactly the kind of story we love.

Because an event venue is not just about its capacity or its aesthetics. What it has to say can become the starting point for an entire concept.

A historic theatre can become the setting for a scripted evening. A former factory can host a corporate party. A museum can open its doors for a private dinner. An underground venue can completely transform the guest experience.

That is also why venue scouting requires real knowledge of the city. A place can look incredible in photos and be much less convincing in person. Conversely, an almost invisible address can turn out to be the perfect spot for an event.
